This feature is available as part of the DelphiPlus premium membership plan

DelphiPlus members have the option of displaying a gavel icon, or "Staff Badge" in forums where they are the host or have other special privileges. The icon appears next to the member name when posting in the forum message board. This feature can be turned on or off whenever you want!
